At Twisting Tales, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any payments made. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the flexibility to reallocate any payments you have made towards future services.

Policy Details:

  • No Refunds: All payments made to Twisting Tales are non-refundable.

  • Reallocation of Funds: Any payments made can be reallocated to future services provided by Twisting Tales, as long as the request is made within 90 days of the original transaction date.

  • Eligibility: This policy applies only to services provided by Twisting Tales and is valid for clients within the state of Nevada and the United States. We do not conduct international business at this time.

  • How to Request Reallocation: To request the reallocation of your payment, please contact us at write@twistingtales.com within 90 days of your original transaction. We will work with you to apply your funds to future services that meet your needs.
